Elevation Recruitment Group’s Engineering Services Division are recruiting for an Vehicle Service Technician to join a busy specialist automotive service centre based in Rotherham.

This is a mix of workshop-based and same day travelling to customer sites, working as part of a skilled team responsible for the inspection, servicing, maintenance, and repair of a fleet of commercial vehicles, including HGVs and buses (both diesel and electric), operating on a mornings-based shift pattern.

RotherhamSalary: £35,000Shift Pattern:
Monday to Friday, 06:00 – 14:00

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

Carry out all aspects of vehicle maintenance, servicing, inspection, and repair within the workshop
Diagnose faults using specialist diagnostic equipment and software, along with manual inspection techniques
Perform routine maintenance and reactive repairs to ensure vehicle safety and compliance
Interpret and utilise the latest technical manuals, guides, and service documentation
Complete job cards and records accurately and efficiently
Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver high-quality workmanship and service standards

Skills & Experience Required:

Full UK driving licence (HGV licence desirable but not essential)
