Lead Air Conditioning Installation Engineer

Based in Hertford, Hertfordshire — covering London & the Home Counties Salary: £ 50,000 ( plus benefits below) | Full-time, permanent

The Role We're looking for an experienced Lead Air Conditioning Installation Engineer to head up our installation work across London and the Home Counties. You'll be running commercial installs from start to finish, overseeing a small team on site, and making sure the work is done to a standard we're proud to put our name to. We mainly install Daikin and Mitsubishi Electric systems, but our engineers work on anything and everything — so broad system experience matters more to us than brand loyalty.

This is an installation-focused role. You won't be expected to work on chillers — though if you've got chiller experience too, brilliant, we know how rare that combination is. Where You'll Be Working Our sites include The O2, a cluster of law firms across Holborn, several multi-tenanted commercial buildings, and hospital sites — real, high-profile commercial and critical environments, not domestic callouts (we don't do domestics, and we're not going to start).
