Pay Info: $10,000 sign on bonus!

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Full time

• Provides professional nursing care for residents of all ages in long‑term care under the supervision of a registered nurse, advanced practice provider, or physician.
• Demonstrates knowledge of nursing principles for the resident in the relevant clinical setting.
• Performs nursing assessments, administers medications or treatments as ordered, and documents resident interactions and outcomes related to care, medication, behavior, activity, and dietary.
• Ensures the health, comfort and safety of residents and collaborates with the interdisciplinary care team.
• Provides technical support to healthcare professionals as needed and counsels residents, family members and/or resident advocates on prevention and treatment plans.
• Develops and implements resident education programs to promote self‑care.

• Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
• Associate degree in practical nursing is preferred.
• Current unencumbered LPN license with the state nursing board, or multi‑state licensure privileges.
• Minimum of 400 hours of LPN experience at another facility or completion of a pre‑licensure program with supervised clinical experience across the lifespan.
• For roles requiring IV therapy/management skills in North Dakota, graduation from a Board‑approved AASPN program where IV therapy is part of the curriculum or completion of an approved IV Therapy course.
• Completion of required annual continuing education units (CEU) and competency training of the department and facility.
