Pay range: £23,569.00 – £25,396.80 per year.
About the RoleWe are looking for caring and committed Early Years Practitioners to join our team in Rothwell (LS26) and Garforth (LS25). Whether you’re qualified or just starting your Early Years journey, you’ll find the support, encouragement and training you need to succeed.
As an Early Years Practitioner, you will help create a warm, stimulating environment where children feel safe, included, and confident to explore. You’ll work as part of a close‑knit team to bring learning to life through play, creativity, and curiosity.
What You’ll Haveлөг- Fixed full‑time hours with a regular day off each week
- OR Flexible Bank Team shifts, with full training if you’re unqualified.
- Create engaging, play‑based learning opportunities for children aged 0–5.
- Support each child’s development in line with EYFS.
- Build positive relationships with parents and carers.
- Maintain a safe, inclusive learning environment.
- Observe and record progress withífica accuracy.
- Work closely with colleagues to deliver a smooth day.
- Take part in ongoing professional development.
- Safeguard every child and promote wellbeing.

We Welcome
- Level 3 qualified applicants (preferred).
- za Level 2 or those working towards Level 3.
- Unqualified applicants for Bank Team roles.
You’ll Need
- Good communication and teamwork.
- Reliability and a caring nature.
- Knowledge of EYFS helpful, not essential.
- Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain).
