Profile Project Administrator
Are you the person teams rely on to keep documentation, reporting, and processes under control? Can you bring structure and clarity to complex engineering projects from day one?
We are looking for a Project Administrator to coordinate and maintain project administration processes, ensuring accurate documentation, reporting, and alignment between project teams and stakeholders.
Tasks & responsibilities:
- Set up and maintain the administrative structure and processes for complex engineering projects.
- Coordinate and execute project administration activities in line with internal procedures and client requirements.
- Maintain accurate filing systems, reporting structures, and document management processes.
- Support alignment and communication between project teams, clients, and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure timely handling of project documentation, correspondence, and data management.
- Monitor and maintain project records to ensure consistency, traceability, and compliance.
- Support project reporting and contribute to optimising administrative workflows.
- Assist with continuous improvement initiatives related to project administration processes.
- Pre‑university education or secondary vocational education in administrative services (higher education is a plus).
- At least 3—5 years of experience as a Project Administrator within engineering, construction, offshore, or similar industries.
- Strong experience with document management, project administration, and reporting processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and office administration tools.
- Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and stakeholder coordination abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, multidisciplinary project environment.
- Proactive mindset with strong time‑management skills.
- Fluent in English, both verbally and in writing.
