Zorg is op zoek naar een roosteraar die samen met een collega de dienstroosters beheert voor vier radiotherapielabs. Je zorgt voor optimale inzet van circa 150 medewerkers, beoordeelt kwaliteit en kwantiteit en signaleert knelpunten die je tijdig oplost.
Belangrijke kracht is het afstemmen van organisatie- en medewerkerwensen. Je hebt een mbo+ werk- en denkniveau en affiniteit met roosteren en plannen.
