Als planner zorg jij ervoor dat alles soepel verloopt. Jij zorgt ervoor dat monteurs weten waar ze moeten zijn, klanten duidelijkheid krijgen en opdrachten strak ingepland worden. Je houdt overzicht, denkt vooruit en grijpt direct in als de planning verandert.
Wat ga je doen?- Opdrachten inplannen voor monteurs
- Contact onderhouden met klanten, uitvoerders en bewoners
- Snel schakelen bij wijzigingen, spoedklussen en storingen
- Zorgen dat monteurs met de juiste informatie op pad gaan
- Overzicht houden in de planning
- Meedenken over een efficiënte werkverdeling
