As Go‑to‑Market Portfolio Manager for the Netherlands, you will play a pivotal role in driving our growth strategy. This is a unique opportunity to combine strategic vision with hands‑on execution, turning ideas into offerings that are easy to buy, easy to sell, and deliver measurable customer value.

You will shape and evolve solutions that support thousands of businesses and positively impact millions of employees across the Netherlands.

Lead with purpose Design and execute go‑to‑market strategies that accelerate growth across the Netherlands, working closely with product, sales, marketing, and operations teams.

Own the portfolio Manage and continuously optimize the Software & Services Catalogue, ensuring it remains accurate, compelling, and delivery‑ready.

Create impact from day one Translate market insights, customer feedback, and competitive intelligence into differentiated, customer‑centric offerings.

Balance vision and action Contribute to long‑term strategic direction while ensuring flawless execution, commercial readiness, and measurable business outcomes.

Innovate and improve Stay ahead of market trends, emerging technologies, and customer needs – continuously refining our portfolio to keep us ahead of the competition.

• 5+ years of experience in go‑to‑market, product marketing, or strategic marketing
• Experience ideally gained in B2B SaaS, HR technology, or professional services

• Demonstrated success in launching, scaling, and optimizing commercial offerings

• Strong leadership presence with the ability to confidently engage senior stakeholders
• Comfortable operating as part of the management team
• Proven experience leading cross‑functional initiatives

• Analytical, structured, and customer‑focused
• Passionate about building solutions that deliver real business value
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills

• Fluent in Dutch and English (spoken and written)

• Familiarity with AI concepts and hands‑on experience with AI tooling
