Customs Process Administrator

Responsible within a team to coordinate and organize the full range of customs services, from order acceptance to customs clearance and release of goods.

• Perform customs clearances, including certificates, resolve incidents, and suggest solutions.
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of all Import & Export declarations and Transit Movements.
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of all financial activities relevant to Customs House Brokerage.
• Collect, collate and present data reports to management, customers and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with all local customs authorities’ statutory requirements.
• Maintain first‑class business relationship with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Engage as an active team member, sharing knowledge and expertise.
• Lead or participate in customs‑related projects.
• Complete required training to cover all accounts assigned to the team.
• Promote team spirit and staff engagement.

• Strong administrative skills and attention to detail.
• Experience and/or certification in customs procedures.
• Knowledge of local customs authorities is an asset.
• Experience handling fruit, vegetable, veterinary goods is preferred.
• Skilled in relevant customs software.
• Proficient with Outlook and Microsoft Office.
• Customer‑facing skills with high orientation to customer service.
• Team engagement and support.
• Ability to meet deadlines.
• Fluent English required;
  Dutch is an advantage.
• Willful compliance with background check, including VOG.
