Sustainability Analyst - Analytics & Reporting

Date: Jul 15, 2026

City: Rotterdam State: Zuid-Holland (NL-ZH)
Country: Netherlands (NL)
Requisition Number: 46742

At Bunge, sustainability is not a separate agenda—it is embedded in how we operate, source, process and deliver oilseed and grain products across the globe for food, feed and renewable fuel. As a Sustainability Analyst within our Global Sustainability team, you will play a key role in transforming complex sustainability data into meaningful insights that support business decisions, environmental performance management and external reporting.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys combining analytics, sustainability and business impact. Unlike many sustainability roles that focus on a single country or region, this position offers exposure to Bunge's global operations of 150 processing plants and supply chain footprint handling 200 million tonnes of commodities across 50 countries, enabling you to contribute to sustainability performance on a broader scale.

What

You'll Do
  • Developing and improving analytical tools and reporting models related to environmental performance and forecasting.
  • Supporting and peer‑reviewing recurring and ad‑hoc sustainability reporting deliverables for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Analyzing large sustainability datasets relating to energy, greenhouse gas emissions (Scope 1, 2 and 3), water, waste and other sustainability performance indicators.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders across Sustainability, Operations, Finance, Business Technology and other business functions to enhance data quality and reporting processes.
  • Supporting the development and continuous improvement of dashboards and reporting solutions, both through in‑house Business Intelligence teams and through self‑made solutions using Excel, Tableau and upcoming AI‑driven analytical tools.
  • Contributing to the measurement, analysis and reporting of environmental sustainability performance.
  • Preparing reports, visualizations and presentations that translate data into actionable business insights.
  • Supporting internal controls and audit activities by maintaining high standards of data quality, documentation and reporting accuracy.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve, automate and streamline sustainability reporting processes.
What Makes This Role Unique

This is not a regional level sustainability role. As part of our global Sustainability team, you will work across multiple regions, business units and operational environments, helping to drive sustainability insights and reporting across Bunge's worldwide footprint.

You will contribute to topics that are shaping the future of the food and agriculture industry, including environmental performance, sustainability reporting and evolving regulatory requirements. Your work will support decision‑making at both operational and strategic levels, helping Bunge achieve its sustainability ambitions.

What We're Looking For

You are naturally analytical, curious and comfortable working with large and complex datasets. You enjoy understanding the story behind the numbers and can translate data into clear, actionable insights.

Additionally, you bring:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Sustainability, Environmental Sciences, Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, Business Management, Agronomy, Food Process Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years working experience in sustainability reporting, sustainability analytics or sustainability auditing, involving CSRD and GHG Protocol, ideally with exposure towards agriculture commodities.
  • Strong Excel skills and experience working with reporting, analytics or Business Intelligence tools such as Tableau, with a keen interest into using AI pragmatically.
  • The ability to work with complex datasets while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills and a structured, analytical mindset.
  • Project management skills with the ability to manage multiple workflows, track deadlines and coordinate deliverables across multiple teams.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across functions…
