Energy Zero zoekt een Customer Operations Specialist om complexe klantvragen zorgvuldig af te handelen en rust en duidelijkheid te brengen in lastige situaties. Je fungeert als verbinding tussen interne teams en externe partijen en drijft verbeteringen door in onze operationele processen.
Je behandelt tweedelijns tickets, werkt samen met diverse afdelingen en schakelt met leveranciers en netbeheerders om de klantervaring continu te verbeteren en efficiënter te maken.
