Het Ikazia Ziekenhuis in Rotterdam zoekt een Planner OK die zorgt dat de juiste zorgprofessionals op de juiste momenten beschikbaar zijn. Je bent de spil in de personeelsplanning op de OK en de Centrale Sterilisatie, en je anticipeert op veranderingen.
Je krijgt ruimte om processen slimmer in te richten, mee te bouwen aan de ontwikkeling van de afdeling en invloed uit te oefenen. We bieden flexibiliteit voor 20–24 uur per week en mogelijkheden voor ontwikkeling.
