De GG-Groep zoekt een VvE Beheerder/accountmanager voor Rotterdam. Je beheert Verenigingen van Eigenaars, coördineert onderhoud, incasso's en begrotingen en onderhoudt intensief contact met bewoners, beleggers en leveranciers.
Je werkt samen met de Technisch Manager en bereidt vergaderingen voor, stelt financiële overzichten op en zet besluiten om in acties. Een dynamische spilfunctie waarin nauwkeurigheid en communicatie centraal staan.
