Our client is an international organisation active in the Personal Care and Beauty & Wellbeing sector. You will join a dynamic commercial environment where you work closely with customers and different internal teams. As an Account Manager, you will support the Key Account Manager in managing several customer relationships. You will be responsible for coordinating promotional activities, checking pricing information and keeping a clear overview of different customers, activities and deadlines.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is at the beginning of their commercial career and wants to develop within account management.

The position is based on a hybrid working model, with around 3 days per week in the office and 2 days flexible.

• Coordinate and plan promotional activities with customers.
• Ensure promotions are correctly entered into the relevant systems.
• Maintain and check price lists and pricing information.
• Use Excel to check and analyse commercial data.
• Prepare presentations and reports using PowerPoint.
• Maintain contact with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Work closely with teams such as Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain and Operations.
• Keep a clear overview of multiple customers, activities and deadlines.
• Follow up on agreements and actions.
• Support product launches and other commercial activities.
• Visit customers approximately once per month or quarter.

• Fluent or native Dutch is required.
• Strong organisational and planning skills.
• Able to maintain an overview and work independently.
• Commercially minded and customer-focused.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Accurate and detail-oriented, especially when working with prices and data.
• Good knowledge of Excel.
• Comfortable creating presentations in PowerPoint.
• Experience with promotional planning is important.
• Motivated, proactive and eager to learn.
• Previous experience in the same industry is not required; the right skills and mindset are more important.
