KPN IoT zoekt een HR Lead IoT als strategisch sparringpartner voor de business. Je stuurt de HR-Agenda aan, adviseert senior management over organisatieontwerp en verandermanagement en zorgt dat leiderschap en cultuur aansluiten bij ambitieuze groeiplannen.
Je speelt een regierol op resource-vraagstukken, evalueert knelpunten en werkt nauw samen met vakinhoudelijke specialisten. Startdatum 1 oktober, duur tot 1 maart 2027, 32–40 uur per week, tarief max €116,- incl. reiskosten (excl. BTW).
