VIKTOR is seeking an experienced Financial Accountant to strengthen our finance department and support our ambitious growth plans. Working closely with our CFO Leonie, you will be responsible for keeping all of our accounting up to date. You will manage our debtors and creditors, while improving our GL structure and optimizing our usage of cost centres to gain more strategic insight into our spending.

You will prepare outgoing invoices, manage incoming invoices, keep track of our WKR, prepare our VAT filings and help in preparing for our annual accounts. You keep financial track of all our assets and manage our virtual credit cards, while optimizing our internal budget processes. Additional responsibilities include payroll processing and cash flow optimisation.

• At least 3 years of work experience as financial accountant or a similar role
• Worked extensively with Exact Online
• You are a self‑starter, you like managing your own responsibilities
• You possess strong analytical skills and take initiative to optimise and improve processes
• You speak fluent Dutch and English at a professional level
