• Process financial transactions accurately and on time
• Review and validate automated entries (and step in when needed)
• Ensure everything is correct, complete, and up to date
• Investigate discrepancies and resolve issues at the root
• Identify patterns and areas for improvement
• Turn insights into smarter, more efficient processes
• Work closely with brokers to ensure smooth data flow
• Partner with teams like Underwriting, Claims, and Accounting
• Act as a go‑to contact for questions and problem‑solving
• Work with systems and automation
• Support and improve automated financial processes
• Troubleshoot issues and drive continuous improvement
• Help modernise how finance operates
• Keep everyone informed
• Support reporting and highlight risks or improvement areas
• Ensure compliance with IFRS and internal standards

We’re not looking for a perfect CV we’re looking for mindset. You’ll likely bring:

• A background in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field (through education or experience)
• Some experience in a finance or accounting role (this could be gained through internships, entry‑level roles, or early career experience)
• Around 2+ years’ experience in a finance or accounting role
• Strong attention to detail
• Confidence working with systems, data, and automation
• A proactive, problem‑solving approach

• Experience with ERP systems
• Knowledge of Dutch or another European language alongside English
