Commercial Finance Manager, NL & FBN

Responsibilities

• Strategic Partnership & Market Leadership:
  Act as a strategic finance thought partner to Franchise Operational Finance leaders and Country Management teams, shaping market‑level commercial and financial strategy.
• Performance Management & Strategic Insight:
  Own monthly performance management for volume and revenue, providing forward‑looking insights, scenario analysis, and clear implications for action.
• Planning, Risk & Opportunity Leadership:
  Lead financial strategy input into the planning process, including volume, pricing, and mix assumptions, ensuring alignment with Franchise and market strategies; own Risks & Opportunities governance, driving identification, mitigation strategies, and leadership‑level decision making.
• Resource Allocation & Investment Governance:
  Lead resource allocation discussions and funding prioritization, evaluating trade‑offs and return on investment to maximize system value.
• System & Commercial Model Stewardship:
  Own the management and optimization of all business models and margins within the market, leading System Profitability Analysis and incidence pricing reviews.
• Customer & Bottler Value Creation:
  Provide financial leadership in managing key Bottler and customer relationships, shaping negotiations through fact‑based, strategic insights, and leading the financial dimension of the Strategic Customer Framework.
• Franchise & Enterprise Leadership Scope:
  Own and lead Risks & Opportunities governance for Northern Europe, drive consolidation of market‑level developments, act as the strategic finance interface between the Franchise Operations Leadership Team and Operating Unit leadership, and influence long‑term system strategy through insights on system investments and profitability evolution.

• More than 8 years of relevant working experience, primarily in Commercial Finance, Commercial Controller, or Marketing Controller roles.
• In-depth understanding of different business systems and processes.
• Ability to influence key stakeholders.
• Self‑motivated and proactive.
• Desire to build strong relationships across the Franchise System.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a team.
• Capability to articulate complex problems in a simple manner.
• Strong presentation skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent English proficiency.
