Senior Project Controller Hague

For a word-leading company in the offshore industry market, we’re looking for a Senior Project Controller. The organisation has several specializes in design and execution of large and complex offshore projects. This position is part of a new and fast developing team (8 FTE). As a Senior Project Controller you have a proactive attitude, self starter and an excellent communicator who collaborates with stakeholders.

• Drive the financial cycle (budgeting, forecasting, actuals) for major CAPEX projects in close partnership with project management;
• Provide actionable financial insights and enable strategic decision-making through robust business cases;
• Establish project structures, allocate budgets, and oversee cost control at both project and budget owner levels;
• Prepare monthly cash flow projections;
• Analyze and interpret budget variances;
• Coordinate planning processes for complex investment projects;
• Deliver day-to-day financial and administrative support to project teams;
• Identify and execute initiatives to enhance cost and cash efficiency.

• A bachelor or master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field;
• At least 5 years experience with project control, preferably related to CAPEX projects;
• Experience with SAP and Power BI is a plus;
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills;
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Dutch is a plus.

• Salary up to €6,500 per month plus pension and performance-based salary raises and bonuses;
