Supply Chain Finance Manager

• Lead performance management activities, focusing on cash delivery and working capital optimization
• Track key financial drivers including inventory levels, cost per unit, and gross margin
• Conduct monthly reviews with detailed analysis versus budget, forecasts, and prior performance
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for supply chain costs and overheads
• Provide financial insights and business partnering support to senior stakeholders
• Perform scenario analysis and financial modelling to guide decision making
• Translate financial data into actionable business insights and strategic recommendations
• Ensure compliance with financial governance, policies, and internal controls
• Drive continuous improvements in financial processes and reporting
• Support and develop junior finance team members through coaching and mentoring

• Strong experience in finance within supply chain or operations environments
• Expertise in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
• Advanced analytical and modelling skills
• Ability to interpret complex financial data and communicate insights clearly
• Strong stakeholder management and business partnering capabilities
• Knowledge of working capital management and cost control strategies
• Experience with KPI tracking and performance management
• Familiarity with financial controls and governance frameworks
