Financial Planning Analyst

The Financial Planning Analyst plays a key role in analyzing financial performance and driving planning activities for a major business segment. This position supports budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting while partnering closely with commercial, manufacturing, and business intelligence teams. It is a highly analytical role focused on translating financial insights into actionable business decisions.

• Analyze monthly financial results and compare performance against budget and forecasts
• Prepare and coordinate monthly financial forecasts including income statement and working capital
• Maintain and enhance financial forecasting models
  
  Collaborate with manufacturing teams for plant cost reporting and margin analysis
• Prepare and present financial performance reports to management
• Support capital expenditure proposals with financial justification
• Coordinate annual budgeting processes
• Provide financial guidance to business and accounting teams
• Perform ad hoc financial analysis to support strategic decision making

• University degree in Business Economics, Finance, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in financial controlling and management reporting within a global business environment
• Strong proficiency in SAP, Microsoft Excel, and Power Point
• Strong analytical skills with ability to translate financial data into business insights
• Fluent in written and spoken business English
• Ability to work collaboratively across functions and manage stakeholders effectively
• Proactive mindset with accountability and adaptability
