This role oversees the financial performance of the Personal Care supply chain in Europe. The Supply Chain Finance Lead ensures disciplined financial planning, performance management, and insightful analysis to support decision-making and business growth. The position involves leading a team, working closely with senior management, and driving initiatives that enhance profitability, cash flow, and cost efficiency.
Responsibilities- Manage and monitor cash flow, working capital, and key financial KPIs for the European Personal Care supply chain.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, providing clear commentary on financial results versus budgets, forecasts, and prior periods.
- Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning for supply chain overheads, costs, and waste reduction initiatives.
- Partner with senior stakeholders to interpret financial data, highlight trends, and recommend strategies to improve operational efficiency.
- Perform scenario analysis, financial modeling, and sensitivity assessments to support operational and strategic decisions.
- Translate complex financial data into compelling stories and actionable insights for non-financial stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and standards, and continuously improve reporting and financial processes.
- Develop and coach team members within the supply chain finance function, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
- Strong background in finance, with experience in forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning.
- Proven experience managing cost performance, financial KPIs, working capital, and cash flow.
- Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills, with experience managing and developing teams.
