As Head of Maintenance, you’ll be at the heart of hotel operations, ensuring everything runs flawlessly behind the scenes.

You will:

Lead preventive and corrective maintenance strategies

Oversee and optimize all technical systems and equipment

Ensure facilities meet the highest standards of quality and safety

Coordinate and supervise external providers and inspections

Execute hands‑on repairs when needed, in collaboration with hotel teams

Act as a key point of contact, keeping management informed and driving continuous improvement
