Operations Supervisor - Savoy

Is hospitality in your blood and do you enjoy pleasing your guests? And are you the one who always goes the extra mile to make it happen? For the Savoy Hotel Rotterdam, we are looking for an energetic Operations Supervisor with leadership skills.

As Operations Supervisor, you are the go-to person for our guests and your colleagues. You make sure our guests have a great stay in our hotel and look for ways to enhance that experience. You are responsible for both the Front Office and Food & Beverage department, with your main focus on Front Office. You are a real team player and know how to inspire your colleagues.

You understand that when the team is happy, so are the guests! In shifts, you take on front office tasks as well as supervising Food & Beverage shifts. With the extra attention you give, you manage to exceed guest expectations every time, and the team feels appreciated. When the last guests leave the lobby, you help departments where needed, showcasing your all-rounder skills!

Savoy Hotel Rotterdam is part of Eden Hotels and was completely renovated in April 2019. The hotel now offers 95 luxurious hotel rooms and a cool Piet le Blanc Suite where you can play games, watch movies, or listen to music. The lobby has a cozy open space where you can go for breakfast, lunch, drink coffee, and in the evening get some work done or catch up with colleagues or friends over a drink or snack.

• You have a relevant completed education at MBO-4 / HBO level.
• You have experience in a similar position.
• You are available between 3 and 5 working days.
• You are stress resistant and flexible in working hours and tasks.
• You have a high sense of responsibility and are a confident person.
• It is a plus if you have knowledge of Mews.
• You speak fluent Dutch and English. Do you also speak (some) French, German, or Spanish? Even better!
• You live in the region of Rotterdam.
