Front Office

Here at easy Hotel, we are now looking to recruit a fantastic Receptionist to join the team at our Rotterdam hotel.

Our mission is to make travel more affordable with smartly designed hotels that give guests just what they need for a great night’s sleep. That means hotels that are easy to book, easy to use, and in central or well-connected locations with four-star style beds too.

We keep things simple, so guests can focus on enjoying the destination or getting on with their work. Whether they’re travelling on a budget or just prefer to spend more on the experiences that matter, we’re here for them.

For that mission, we can use a new colleague. We are looking for a receptionist who is willing to work all types of shifts, early & late – also in weekends. Apart from the regular reception activities, you are jointly responsible for the entire hotel.

You have a passion for hospitality, act with integrity, and bring strong common sense. You shine in welcoming and assisting guests, contributing to a warm atmosphere and a positive guest experience. You speak fluent English and/or Dutch, and have at least one year of front-office experience—or a strong motivation to grow in this role.
