As a friendly voice on the phone or amicable contact by email, you will provide our guests with excellent service on Fridays and weekends, starting with the booking process.

• Reviewing and processing bookings, over bookings and options
• Corrections of invoices, payments, accounting tasks
• Maintaining OPERA Cloud, as well as our electronic booking systems
• Generating and verifying invoices (debtors and creditors) in line with our pricing policy
• Handling deposits and monitoring timely incoming payments
• Assisting both the Sales and Front Office team at peak times

• Have completed an apprenticeship in the hotel trade and/or have professional experience in the hotel, catering, or customer call centre industry, or be looking for a change of career.
• Have an excellent sense of quality and service, as well as hosting skills and a passion for the hotel industry.
• Be open and communicative and have excellent manners, as well as a solid command of written and spoken English.
• Be a team player and willing to provide assistance across departments – we achieve our results together.
• Personality and hosting skills are a priority; suitable for hotel professionals or those looking to change careers.
