Alongside its other nhow siblings in Brussels, Milan, Berlin, Marseille, London, Amsterdam and Frankfurt, nhow Rotterdam is a disruptive and life-changing hotel experience. This hotel lives and breathes art, architecture and lifestyle in all its different states

For this iconic social hub, we are looking for a Food and Beverages Intern who is enthusiastic, proactive, and is ready to take part in a dynamic design hotel. You will be responsible for creating the nhow experience in the hotel for every guest.

What part will you play in creating the unforgettable?

As an Intern Food & Beverage operations, you will learn to work all-round within the Food & Beverage department. You are (partly) responsible for providing a wonderful experience for every hotel guest. After a training period, you will work independently in one or more of our Food & Beverage departments (breakfast, bar, room service, dinner ala carte restaurant, and banqueting). You will help in the service and keep close contact with our guests, you will prepare the restaurants and/or meeting rooms for the arrival of guests and you will maintain close contact with other departments, for example, with the kitchen, with stewarding, and with the front office.

Furthermore, with your refreshing eye for detail, you are always looking for improvements.
