Would you like to join the Happiness Industry?We are looking for Cooks / Chefs de Partie (koks) to join the opening kitchen team of a new hotel in Rotterdam (Netherlands).
What will you be responsible for?- Preparing and executing dishes according to recipes and standards.
- Ensuring quality, presentation, and consistency.
- Managing mise en place and station organization.
- Following hygiene, safety, and HACCP protocols.
- Supporting stock control and proper storage of ingredients.
- Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service.
- Experience as Cook or Chef de Partie.
- Experience in openings is a plus.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work in dynamic environments.
- Passion for gastronomy and teamwork.
