D&B The Facility Group in Rotterdam zoekt een facility manager die verder kijkt dan de operatie. Je geeft leiding aan een team van 15 medewerkers over hospitality, beveiliging, catering en cleaning en bewaakt de kwaliteit van dienstverlening.
Je werkt van maandag tot vrijdag van 9:00 tot 17:00 uur, bent zichtbaar op de vloer en stuurt op budgetten, marges en contracten. Je hebt HBO-niveau, ruime leidinggevende ervaring in een corporate omgeving en beheerst Nederlands en Engels vloeiend.
