As a Guest Relations Employee at nhow Rotterdam
, you are part of the Guest Relations team and play a key role in delivering exceptional and personalized guest experiences. You build connections with guests before, during, and after their stay, ensuring every interaction is memorable and exceeds expectations.

From welcoming VIP guests and arranging special in-room surprises to creating personalized amenities and handwritten welcome cards, you add those extra touches that make a stay truly unique. You are passionate about service and naturally create a warm and engaging atmosphere throughout the hotel.

In addition, you monitor guest feedback, manage online reviews, and identify opportunities to further enhance the guest experience. Working closely with all hotel departments, you help ensure the highest quality standards are maintained, making nhow Rotterdam the place to be for both guests and locals.

You naturally want to connect with people, get to know our guests, and adapt the service to them;

You have an experience working with guests from different cultures, preferably in travel & tourism;

You are organized, spontaneous, and have an eye for detail;

You have ideas and you are not afraid turning them into reality;

You are fluent in English, we are excited if you bring another language along.
