Would you like to join the Happiness Industry?We are looking for an Assistant F&B Manager to join the opening team of a new hotel in Rotterdam (Netherlands).
What will you be responsible for?Supporting the F&B Manager in the opening and setup of the department.
Supervising daily operations in restaurant, bar, and banqueting.
Assisting with recruitment, training, scheduling, and team development.
Monitoring inventory, purchasing, and cost-control processes.
Ensuring guest satisfaction and resolving service issues.
Coordinating with the kitchen and events teams.
Contributing to upselling initiatives and service improvements.
What are we looking for?Experience as Assistant F&B Manager, Head Waiter, or similar role.
Experience in hotel openings is highly valued.
Fluency in English and Dutch (mandatory).
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Customer-oriented mindset and ability to work under pressure.
