Human Resources Intern

Improve your HR and project management skills and expertise  our Human Resources Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain practical experience in a variety of fields within HR. You will participate in the integration of our newly launched ERP system, and work on a range of projects, such as Vitality, Secondary Benefits, Role Profiles and many more. You will benefit from the guidance from our HR team and gain experience that helps build your career!

With this opportunity, we want to help you grow and gain valuable experience within the HR and project management field. Do you have an affinity for ERP systems? You have a chance to work on our newly implemented ERP and to extend your experience. You will also work together with different departments and colleagues in building out projects, of course with the help and assistance of our HR team.

They will help you navigate the Youwe experience, but when in need of help you can of course also turn to fellow team members and other colleagues.

As our Human Resources Intern, your focus areas and key responsibilities will be:

• Support the HR team in the integration of an ERP system;
• Work independently and with a team to manage HR projects and the stakeholders involved;
• Connect input & brainstorm ideas;
• Take ownership of projects;
• Contribute to the overall success of the HR team.
