Overview
This People & Culture leadership role focuses on building and scaling organizational capability. You ll serve as a strategic coach to the leadership team, enabling managers to become effective people leaders through coaching, tools, and frameworks while supporting performance conversations and organizational design decisions.
A major responsibility involves designing and implementing performance management frameworks, ensuring quality development conversations, and building learning initiatives that support career progression. You ll also preserve and evolve company culture as the organization scales, driving engagement through surveys, feedback, and meaningful culture initiatives.
In this role, you ll own the complete recruitment process, balancing speed and quality while strengthening employer branding and managing recruitment partnerships. You ll oversee the People & Culture Officer to ensure seamless execution of HR operations, including administration, onboarding, and compliance. Additionally, you ll leverage people analytics to drive strategic decision-making and identify organizational trends.
Finally, you ll lead and develop the People & Culture team itself, building scalable processes and acting as a role model for values-based leadership to create a future-ready function that supports continued organizational growth.
