In deze rol ga je leidinggevenden adviseren op operationeel en tactisch niveau, en focus je op organisatieontwikkeling en talentontwikkeling. Je werkt aan HR-projecten, verzuimmanagement en de werving- en selectieprocedures. De ideale kandidaat heeft minstens 7 jaar ervaring in een operationele omgeving en is communicatief sterk, proactief en bezit goede juridische HR kennis.
