Smart Flex in Rotterdam zoekt een enthousiaste recruiter die elke dag bezig is met de werving van kandidaten. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het actief benaderen van kandidaten, het opstellen van functieprofielen en het schrijven van vacatureteksten.
Je krijgt veel vrijheid en verantwoordelijkheid in een veelzijdige functie. Een HBO-diploma is vereist en je moet beschikbaar zijn voor 32-40 uur per week.
Smart Flex biedt een brutosalaris tussen de €2250 - €3000 per maand en diverse mogelijkheden voor groei en ontwikkeling.
