In this dual role, you won't just be "observing"—you will be the heartbeat of the office and a key player in building an HR department from the ground up.

The Role

As our Office Management & HR Intern, you will play a 360° role in shaping the employee experience. You will split your time between strategic HR support and ensuring our beautiful Rotterdam office runs like a well-oiled machine. Key Responsibilities

Office Management & Daily Operations

Hospitality & Flow: Be the face of the office—greeting guests, managing deliveries, and setting the daily vibe with morning ventilation and music.
Elevate the Lunch

Experience:

Act as the ultimate host by managing our daily team lunch. From coordinating the food setup to maintaining an organized and high-standard kitchen environment through proactive dishwasher and waste management, you’ll ensure the heart of our office remains a fresh, vibrant space for the team to connect.
Facility & Plant Care: Proactively handle maintenance (coffee/ice machine descaling, plant care) and keep the office stocked with premium seasonal products.
Inventory & Storage: Coordinate with the Warehouse to manage excess samples and ensure the storage room stays organized.

HR Operations & People Support

Administration: Support the full 360° HR cycle and day-to-day operational tasks.
Onboarding & Offboarding: Take ownership of the new-hire journey, from setting up Mac Books and a "Welcome Packs" to coordinating offboarding rituals like the traditional "signed white t-shirt."
Process Improvement: Assist the Head of HR in mapping and standardizing HR practices from scratch.
Talent Culture: Act as a neutral point of contact and help maintain a positive, inclusive team environment.

Who We Are Looking For

Organised, proactive, detail-oriented, and willing to take ownership of tasks.
Curious and motivated to learn about building the Office/HR department from scratch.
Able to remain neutral and handle confidential information responsibly.
Fluent in English.
You’re available for 32 - 40 hours from August/September 2026.
