Smart Flex in Rotterdam zoekt een Studenten Recruiter die verantwoordelijk is voor het werven van geschikte kandidaten via diverse bronnen. Je beoordeelt sollicitaties, plant gesprekken in en coördineert het selectieproces. Je komt terecht in een informele werksfeer binnen een bedrijf dat zich inzet voor de energietransitie.
Je hebt HBO-werk en denkniveau en uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden. Naast een salaris van ongeveer €15 per uur, ontvang je een bonus van €100 per nieuwe collega die je aanbrengt. Bij Smart Flex krijg je de kans om je talenten verder te ontwikkelen.
