Zorg zoekt een ervaren HR business partner voor 16-20 uur per week ter vervanging van zwangerschapsverlof. In deze rol adviseer je over personeelszaken en ondersteun je managers in de zorg.
Je werkt samen met een team van negen professionals aan de verdere ontwikkeling van het HRM-beleid, waarbij jouw expertise bijdraagt aan de gezondheidszorg voor jongeren in Rotterdam-Rijnmond.
De functie biedt een salaris tussen de €3772,- en €5413,- op basis van fulltime, met mogelijkheden voor persoonlijke ontwikkeling.
