Change in Rotterdam zoekt een Recruitment Lead / Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist Sales. In deze rol ben je niet alleen verantwoordelijk voor het recruitmentproces, maar coach je ook junior recruiters en breng je structuur in de afdeling.
Je hebt minimaal 5 jaar ervaring, vooral met sales recruitment, en je helpt het recruitmentteam groeien in eigenaarschap en kwaliteit. Het salaris ligt tussen de €4.500 en €5.500 per maand, met een bonusstructuur en mogelijkheden voor ontwikkeling.
