Daan zoekt een HR Salarisspecialist die de salarisadministratie van duizenden professionals zorg- en onderwijsgerelateerd nauwkeurig beheert. Je bent de vraagbaak voor cao's en fiscaliteit en denkt actief mee over procesverbeteringen.
Je werkt nauw samen met HR, Finance en vestigingen in heel Nederland en hebt vrijheid om verbeteringen door te voeren. Wij bieden een uitdagende rol op het hoofdkantoor in Rotterdam, met de mogelijkheid tot 32–40 uur per week, ruimte voor opleidingen en trainingen
