Randstad in Rotterdam zoekt een Intercedent voor een 360‑graden rol binnen de operatorbranche. Je bouwt zelfstandig je netwerk van MKB‑ en groothandelsklanten op, zoekt hoogwaardige operators en bent een volwaardig adviseur bij zowel werkgevers- als werknemersdelen.
Je werkt fulltime (40 uur) en beschikt over HBO-werk/denkniveau of minimaal MBO4, rijbewijs en relevante ervaring in arbeidsbemiddeling. Woonachtig in de regio Rotterdam en affiniteit met technische profielen zijn vereist.
