Je coördineert het volledige sollicitatieproces, onderhoudt kandidatrelaties, en werkt mee aan procesverbeteringen zodat werving elke dag beter wordt. Vereist minimaal 3 jaar ervaring en HBO-niveau, vloeiend Nederlands en sterke Engelse vaardigheden.
