Het Maritiem Museum zoekt een HR Business Partner die als strategisch sparringspartner voor de directie en het management optreedt. Je vertaalt de koers van het museum naar heldere HR-thema's, adviseert, verbindt en durft te confronteren waar nodig.
Je werkt op 36 uur per week in Rotterdam en draagt bij aan organisatieontwikkeling, leiderschap en verandering. Je onderhoudt een samenhangende HR-agenda, begeleidt verandertrajecten en versterkt het management met een menselijke aanpak.
