Maritiem Museum in Rotterdam zoekt een HR Generalist die onze HR-operatie neerzet en moderniseert. Je bent de spil van de employee journey en bewaakt een soepele HR-dienstverlening, van instroom tot uitstroom, met focus op automatisering en data-gedreven verbeteringen.
Je werkt nauw samen met de HR Business Partner en collega’s binnen de bedrijfsvoering, beheert HR-systemen en rapporteert over KPI’s en compliance zoals AVG en de Museum CAO.
