Humankind is op zoek naar een Flexpool Manager die strategisch en operationeel schakelt. Je behoudt, begeleidt en zet medewerkers met flexibele uren in binnen de regio Rotterdam en dient als aanspreekpunt voor de flexpool en recruitment. Je werkt nauw samen met Planning om altijd de juiste ondersteuning te garanderen.
Je draagt zorg voor ziekteverzuim en inzet, vertaalt dit naar inzichten en werkt met Kids Vision. Je voert jaargesprekken en einde-proeftijdgesprekken en begeleidt medewerkers.
