Je vertaalt HR-beleid naar operationele processen, rapporteert aan de Directeur MO&O en signaleert verbeterpunten. Thuiswerken is in overleg mogelijk; de functie vereist uitgebreide samenwerking met HR, Finance & Control en externe partijen.
