Maasstad Ziekenhuis zoekt een ervaren HR-adviseur die strategisch kan schakelen tussen data en medewerkerbehoeften. Je bent een stevige gesprekspartner voor management en helpt mee aan duurzame organisatieontwikkeling en het vertalen van ziekenhuis-strategie naar de praktijk.
Je analyseert HR-data, stelt rapportages op en bewaakt het langetermijnperspectief. Je werkt in een team van HR-collega’s en krijgt ruimte voor eigen agenda, (deels) thuiswerken en ontwikkeling via trainingen en seminars.
