Maasstad Ziekenhuis zoekt een HBO/WO-student voor een meewerkstage op HR-beleid en functiewaardering. Je verdiept je in functiehuizen, cao-vraagstukken en bestuurlijke besluitvorming en ondersteunt de HR-afdeling bij diverse projecten.
Je voert medewerkersinterviews uit en werkt mee aan het verder ontwikkelen van het functiehuis. De stage biedt ervaring op operationeel, tactisch en strategisch HR-niveau, met begeleiding van ervaren HR-professionals en ruimte voor initiatief.
