Erasmus MC zoekt een Projectmanager HR die het toekomstbestendig maken van de personeelsplanning coördineert. De rol combineert werken op locatie in Rotterdam met thuiswerken, met 24 uur per week aan een impactvol HR-project binnen een academische zorgomgeving.
Je organiseert, structureert en stuurt het deelproject aan, stemt af met HR, I&T en zorg en vertaalt wensen naar concrete plannen en adviezen. Flexibele werktijden en ruimte voor eigen inbreng zijn geboden.
