Aceve is seeking a People Business Partner in Rotterdam or Zierikzee, NL. You’ll be a trusted advisor to leaders, translating business ambitions into people priorities, coaching leaders, strengthening teams and embedding our culture.
You’ll help shape how AI becomes part of everyday work, drive adoption and smarter ways of working, and own the employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding, using data to support decisions while ensuring Dutch labour law compliance.
